Dear Singers
If all goes well, we will have sung through every piece by the end of this upcoming rehearsal! As we have “sung through” we have also paid detailed attention to most of the musical aspects as well. We are making great progress!
Definition of Beauty IV To Start This Week
Women will warmup and rehearse Definition IV until 7:30 PM this week. The rehearsal will then continue with everyone after that. Men should warm up on their own or arrive at the normal time and warm up with us. They will need to sit around for about 15 minutes.
Sectionals
- Altos Saturday (tomorrow) at 2 pm (notice the time change) at Sally’s house. This will give her time to shovel the driveway!
- Sopranos, March 9 at 2 PM at Katharine’s house
- Tenors, March 17 at 1:30 PM at Priscilla’s house
Be sure to come prepared with your problem spots.
Special Solos/Ensembles
There has been a great deal of interest this time which makes me thrilled! I am in the process of scheduling auditions for March 26 and April 2 starting at 6:15 pm. Send me an email to request a time. If you are not sure whether you will be ready, it’s OK. I will be scheduling times right up to the last day.🙂
