- Check Windows audio

- Click on the Start key in the lower left hand corner
- Click on the Gear
- Choose System
- Note the names in the "Choose your output device" and "Choose you input device" boxes

- Check Jamulus audio

- Open Jamulus
- Choose the Settings window
- Check that the same names are listed in the "Input Channel Mapping" and "Output Channel Mapping" boxes

- If the names are not the same

- Click the ASIO Setup button near the bottom left
- The lighted boxes are on/off switches for the various possible inputs and outputs.
Click the boxes which correspond with the Windows settings
- If that didn't work, email or call for help
Can't hear through your headphones on your Windows laptop? Try this:

- Check Windows settings

- Make sure your stereo headphones are plugged in. (the mini plug should have three bands)
- Click on the Start key in the lower left hand corner
- Click on the Gear
- Choose System
- Make sure the "Choose your output device" says "headphones". If not, change it.
- Click the little speaker in the right hand system tray
- Do the same there (you would think they would be the same, but not necessarily)

- Check Jamulus settings

- Open Jamulus and open the Settings window. (Choose View, Settings)
- The "Output Channel Mapping" boxes should read "Headphones" (or something like that)
- If not, change it to read "Headphones"
- If that didn't work, email or call for help
There are many other things that could go wrong, as you can imagine--too many to cover here. But...we will solve the problem!
