Performances will be at Southern Oregon University's Music Recital Hall in Ashland on Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 14 and 15 at 3:00 p.m.

Join Siskiyou Singers and Director Mark Reppert for an exquisite choral presentation celebrating Christmas, featuring Benjamin Britten’s glorious and enchanting “Ceremony of Carols.” Lending her talents to this piece will be harpist Ellen Lindquist. Our concert's first half will also feature the sacred “Hodie Christus Natus Est” by Palestrina and “Angelus ad Virginem,” a 13th century carol.

Our second half will include many other wonderful holiday songs honoring the season. Highlights will include the haunting “Blow, Blow, Thou Winter Wind” by John Rutter and a gorgeous arrangement of “Silent Night.” Rounding out this joyous concert will be “We Wish You a Merry Christmas."

General admission is $20 ($5 for students and Oregon Trail Card holders). Tickets are available at Music Coop or Paddington Station in Ashland, and at Grocery Outlet in Medford.

NOTE: Musicologist Ed Wight will present a free pre-concert lecture one hour before each concert. Plus, you will have a chance to enter the Siskiyou Singers 2020 Rhapsody Raffle, with many great prizes.
