Canceled Concert Information
If you purchased tickets for our canceled Dec. 13 concert, you have 3 options:
- Ticket Exchange: You may exchange your Dec. 13 tickets for tickets to our spring concert, “Out of the Shadows: Shedding Light on Women Composers.” Mail your Dec. 13 tickets back to us by March. 31, and let us know your choice of concert dates (7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 7, or 3 p.m., Sunday, May 8), and your name and address. If you don’t have a physical ticket because you purchased your tickets online, let us know your date preference by email. Your tickets will be waiting for you at will call on your selected concert date.
- Donation: If you would like to donate your payment for your tickets, we would be very grateful. You don’t need to do anything more. However, if you would like the donation to be acknowledged, mail your tickets back to us (or email us if you purchased online), and let us know your name and address, as well as how you would like your name to appear in our spring program.
- To Get a Refund: If you purchased your tickets online, email us by Jan. 31 and we will refund your payment via PayPal. If you purchased your tickets some other way, mail those tickets back to us by Jan. 31 and we will send you a check. Be sure to include your name and address.
